New city for the True Crime sequel is finally revealed by Activision...
After a somewhat short and sweet â??Guess the Cityâ? campaign, Activision has today unveiled the true setting for True Crime 2 as New York. Set in the NYC area of Manhattan, True Crime: New York City sees gamers now follow the good and bad exploits of Marcus Reed â?“ a former gang member turned New York cop.
Activision had previously teased fans with possible cities including Detroit and Hong Kong, and there have been some suggestions that the game could take place in more than one city â?“ now it seems the developers have merely chosen the other side of the coin and gone from west coast to east coast USA.
We expect to see the most accurate representation of Manhattan in a videogame to date with True Crime: New York City, and weâ??ll have more on the game soon...
