Doom3, Quake IV, True Crime 2 and a new Call of Duty title all confirmed for release in 2005…
During a recent financial announcement, Activision updated a number of release dates for its forthcoming products.
The eagerly awaited â??Doom3â?? will see a release before the end of the year, whilst â??Quake IVâ?? will follow in the 2005 fiscal year. Away from id software, Activision confirmed that a new title in the â??Call of Dutyâ?? series, â??True Crime 2â??, â??Tony Hawkâ??s Underground 2â?? and a new game based on the Ultimate Spiderman franchise will also be released during the fiscal 2005 year.
Running through to 2006, Activision announced that an entirely new â??Tony Hawkâ?? title would be announced, whilst a couple of games based on the recent Marvel Enterprises agreement would also be released.
