Ubisoft announces the development of a second Tom Clancy H.A.W.X. game at its Bucharest studio...

Ubisoft has announced that its Bucharest studio is developing Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. 2, which is currently set for release on Xbox 360, PS3, PC, and Wii this coming autumn.

The sequel looks set to pick up where the original left off, as a near-future air combat game featuring fearsome jet fighters and advanced aerial manoeuvres.

"With over one million units sold worldwide, Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. has become a very successful brand for Ubisoft," stated Bogdan Bridinel, Creative Director at Ubisoft. "This new H.A.W.X. game is directly inspired by Tom Clancy's books, and it will enable fans to once again experience the excitement and intensity that established H.A.W.X. as a successful brand"

Glad I got it for free with my new graphics card really. The controls are bizzarre, but I think it'd play better with a 360 controller for windows, just guessing.

I think its the same for ubisofts other PC games, like Assasins creed absurd key layout, and oh look their games are all made for consoles really anyway so don't bother getting them for PC...

I love jets, and fighter games but this was lame. Heatseaker for Wii is 100% better, but the graphics are 100% worse lol

Worst game ive played in a long time.

I heard a lot of good things about it before it was released....none of it is true.

Everything is worse than the first game. The game play is apauling, you cant change view, its alomst impossible to lock on and hit an air target with a misstle the first 3 tries, theres only 2 planes to choose from at first and the others are unlocked very slowely.

DONT BUY THIS GAME!!!!!!!

They didn't improve on gameplay AT ALL. The missions equip you for air battle and you have to fight ground targets. There are no J-Strike Missles, instead only combat specific loadouts (ie: AGM missles for ground ONLY, HSM missles for air targets ONLY) and just to be funny, it requires you to score cannon kills much more frequently than in the previous level, which will get VERY frustrating when required to protect a perimeter with an exceedingly outnumbered combat ratios. The first game scores well higher when it comes to gameplay and replayability. This game was most definetly NOT worth picking up.
