The former-Atari Xbox 360/PC title Timeshift is to be delayed pending further development, according to Vivendi Games representatives. The publisher acquired the title following confirmation from Atari back in February that they were shedding IPs and internal studios.

Whilst a demo build of the game was released before the acquisition by Vivendi, the publisher commented that it wouldn't be representative of their Timeshift.
