The German developer behind the promising PC and Xbox title, The Y-Project, was forced to shut up shop yesterday as the company slid further into debt. Despite receiving critical acclaim and signing an agreement with one of the world’s largest publishers, the developer found it hard to find further funding for the title and had to file for insolvency in July.
