Having previously announced a February 20th release date for The Sims 3, EA is now "evaluating the launch window"...
Things were looking rosy for The Sims 3: it had a February 20th worldwide launch date that promised to unleash a load of new features onto the expansion pack pummelled world of The Sims, but now that release date has been called into question.
Following rumours that the game might slip into a later release window, EA has now responded to these reports with an uneasy official comment:
"We are evaluating the launch window," a Spokesperson told CVG. "The game looks great and in the near future we'll have more information."
That sounds a lot like a delay to us. More as we get it.

We don't edit comments unless they are offensive, as it would be a bit authoritarian of us to delete comments that are just factually wrong (i.e. Sims 3 on PS3).
The 'You May Like This' box above is referring to a different game (Tom Clancy's HAWX), it's just that no box art has been posted for the HAWX directory.
The 'You May Like This' boxes are automatically generated by the site and are supposed to provide other options of games for readers to look at. The Sims 3 directory can be found above on the right hand side, where it clearly states that Sims 3 is only available on PC.
