LucasArts builds anticipation for a new game that appears to be based on a LucasArts classic...
Seemingly not content with the Monkey Island bonanza that it has in store this summer, LucasArts is now teasing gamers with Tweets about a new game that's based on an existing LucasArts IP, which old-school fans will apparently find "a treat".
The Twitter based teasing has been going on over the weekend, with LucasArts' most recent post stating that, "You'll know more in 12 or so hours." That was six hours ago, so expect more this evening.
Will LucasArts be revisiting one of its adventure game classics? If so, something in the Maniac Mansion fold would make a lot of sense, or could LucasArts even be brave enough to dip into Grim Fandango again? What about the possibility of an Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis remake for XBLA/PSN? As always, we welcome your thoughts in the comments...
