Over thirty years after it stopped spinning (aside from its disastrous 2005 feature), The Magic Roundabout is making a return, this time in the form of a videogame for Wii, Nintendo DS, and PC.

Due on the three platforms before the end of 2008, the game adds to the bulging library of mini-game compilations already available on Wii and DS, Zebedee promises Dougal a gift on 'Friendship Day'. Deep Silver will be handling the publishing duties in the coming months.

"Over the years, the series has developed into a real classic of children's television, and thanks to a new release and a feature movie, it is still popular with people of all ages," says Dr. Klemens Kundratitz, CEO of Koch Media.
