As the old saying goes and Robert Palmer later sang, "You can't get enough of a good thing"; which certainly seems to be the case with EA when it comes to the money-spinning appeal of Lord of the Rings.
After the debut of Battle for Middle-Earth II on the Xbox 360 and the announcement of The White Council, details have recently appeared on an expansion pack to The Battle for Middle-Earth II on the PC.
Confirmed on Game Replays, Battle for Middle-Earth II: The Rise of the Witch King centres on the Lord of the Nazgul before the War of the Ring.
Early details from a demonstration at Comic-Con 2006 suggest new armour for the Witch-King, along with the customary selection of new units, buildings and powers.
Look out for confirmation and the first official details from EA soon.

Sorry guys, I don't think it's going to happen this late in the day. If developers had supported console DLC in November 2006 like they do today, then maybe it would have been a different story.
