Miyamoto-san remains tight-lipped on when deprived Nintendo fans can expect Link's new adventure...

Nintendo fans have had to learn the importance of being patient throughout the years.  Waiting endlessly for the likes of Ocarina of Time to emerge through Miyamoto-san's stringent tests of perfection, and more recently having to endure the wave of Nintendo's new casual titles for a core classic, it seems patience is certainly a virtue that Nintendo likes to preach.

However it seems the waiting will have to continue for the new Zelda at least.  Speaking to Official Nintendo Magazine whilst trying to peddle Wii Music, Shigeru Miyamoto reveals that it could be a little while before we even glimpse the first details on the next Zelda title.

"I'm really not sure when we'll be able to make a public announcement on that. I can't even say if the next E3 will be the right opportunity to do so," claimed Miyamoto-san.  "But rest assured, our teams are working on new projects right now."

Well that's a relief, but how long can Nintendo fans wait on the promise that new projects are currently undertaken?  Hopefully with the initial Wii concepts all finished with the release of Wii Sports, Wii Fit, and Wii Music, Miyamoto-san might have some time in his busy schedule to remember the characters that put Nintendo on the map in the first place.

hmm this looks like it will b a non cell-shaded game

(just stating the obvious) and think that since it's not it's going to be for a console (ditto) the reason is because the divergence has happend... The elder link timeline appears to be cell shaded (and because the games that have been cell shaded 1 third have benn hand-held) and this will be a Young link / termina link time-line (the reason is the oppisite of the cell shaded LoZ's)... because of this we can guess ganon has been screwing around (after having been revived by some idiot/crazy person) and finally figures out that nobody can kill him if there is no master sword (retarded ganon) and destroys the master sword... after some unforseen (yet totally fine with a LoZ game) causes there to be a "person" inside the sword. Because the female in the artwork has the characteristics of a sword (and link has none) he would be using her instead of the real sword (or some other thing like that... if you have suffered through reading this thank you

Looks good, and I'm glad they're staying with the Twilight Princess look, as it complements all characters visually. As a longtime gamer, though, I must say that chances are I'm going to be dissatisfied with the Master Sword having some sort of personality or characteristics other than that of a magnificent, inanimate, sword. That is, of course, if that's what they're thinking of doing. As well, I'd suggest that perhaps they "forgot" to give Link his sword, but that's highly doubtful, as any respectable artist would never forget to give Link his sword.

It was a good game, but compared to classics such as Ocarine of Time, Link to the Past, and Majora's Mask it wasn't so great.

and also, i gotta know this, whats so wrong with twilight princess anyway? im looking up new loz news and most comments are about how twilight princess sucked.  tp was my third time playing a loz game so maybe bcuz im a rookie my opinion dont matter much but i think it was a pretty good game.

so if this is like loz:tp im totally up for it, definetly if midna makes an apperance.

I think that the new game should take place on islands, like wind waker but be tp style. wouldn't that be cool? by the way i think people arent giving majoras mask the attention it deserves. that was a fun game.please don't read the spoiler i wrote unless u have already beaten tp.
