Zumba Fitness tallies up 10 successive weeks at No.1...

It's another week at the top of the charts for 505 Games' Zumba Fitness and another week that brings it ever closer to FIFA 98: Road To World Cup's record for the most successive No.1s in UK chart history according to official Chart-Track figures.

This 10th successive week atop the chart now puts Zumba one week behind FIFA 98: RTWC's 11 week record, while Zumba's total of 13 No.1s altogether brings it three weeks behind Wii Fit's total haul of 16 No.1s (the second most ever) and five weeks behind Who Wants To Be A Millionaire's record-holding 18 weeks.

Zumba will have its work cut-out to tie the successive No.1s record next week though, as Deus Ex: Human Revolution is widely expected to top what's become a fairly stagnant chart over the summer due to a limited range of new releases.

As if the prove that point, LEGO: Pirates of the Caribbean and Cars 2 held the same positions as last week at No.2 and No.3 respectively, while FIFA 11 and LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4 also refused to budge at No.5 and No.6 respectively. LA Noire added a fifth non-mover to the pile at No.10.

Nonetheless, Nintendo's much-publicised price cut for its fledgling 3DS handheld has stimulated a change in the top 10. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D jumped nine places to No.4 this week, which is its highest position since launch.

Another Nintendo published title, Xenoblade Chronicles for Wii managed No.7 in its first week on the charts, while DiRT 3 dropped four places to No.8 and Brink re-entered the top 10 at No.9.
