Zelda DS set to offer gamers an experiment in control systems on its release...

In an interview with US publication EGM, the man steering the ship of Legend of Zelda has revealed that the Legend of Zelda DS title will able offer gamers a whole new control system to bring the world of Link a more immersive experience for players.

Although he didnâ??t go into detail, Eiji Aonuma hinted that, â??What I can tell you is that it's going to use the touch screen for a very unique control system that people have never experienced in a Zelda game before. I think one of the important elements of the Zelda series has always been that you feel like you're in the world doing the things that Link is doing and touching the things that Link is touching. This time you'll be able to use the touch screen and actually touch those items and objects yourself.â?

Details surrounding Legend of Zelda DS are scarce at the moment, but weâ??ll have more news on the title shortly...

The creators of Zelda are really starting to push the boat out by using these new consoles, but i don't think this will be one of my number ones.
