Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) today released the first information on The Getaway's debut on the PSP, and thankfully it appears there's not an "enhanced" PS2 port in sight.

Promising a turn-based strategy mode to compliment the traditional action, Gangs of New York also has several other interesting features such as a unique Game Sharing concept, the ability to wander through London as an American tourist and even pub games for that five-minute fix.
