NY Comic-Con brings scant information on a videogame sequel to Jackie Estacado's adventures...

Speaking at a panel taking place during the New York Comic-Con, The Quarter Bin has reported on Top Cow executives mention of a sequel to 2K Games and Starbreeze Studios' comic-book adaptation The Darkness.

Refusing to mention any specifics and claiming that "The Darkness" and "videogame sequel" couldn't be mentioned in the same sentence, it was left to a less then subtle "wink" to imply that such a sequel is in development.

Of course we don't know whether Swedish based Starbreeze Studios are working on the title, or whether 2K will continue with publishing duties after the tepid response to the original. Rest assured, however, that we'll have firmer details when they become available.

im waiting for the review, gwynne dixon should be very carefull when he reviews this as there are sceens where women do some very indecent things with men 'are you reading gwynne', he knocked the saboteur for having semi naked women in a bar yet there were not performing leud acts on the males in the game yet in the darkness 2 they do, does this mean the game will be down rated just like the score for the saboteur or will he be a complete hypocrite and say this add atmosphere and charicter to the game.

either way i enjoyed the saboteur aswell as the first darkness game, its just a shame morons like gwynne cant review a game properly.
