Mikuru or Yuki in Fortune Teller mode

Start Fortune Teller mode. When Haruhi's crystal ball starts to get hazy, set the Wiimote voice to Mikuru or Yuki then press 1 and 2 buttons to activate the voices before the screen turns white. The corresponding girl will take Haruhi's place, and you will unlock either the cell phone for Mikuru or the frog hat for Yuki.

Chapters 11 and 12

Have over 300,000 points at the end of Chapter 10 in Story mode.
