Konami confirms the fifth instalment of the RPG franchise to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the series...
Konami of Europe has today announced that Suikoden V is set to hit retailers in Europe during Autumn 2006. Set with a quest to travel land of Farlena and acquire the Sun Rune, players acquire followers throughout the course of the game (up to 108 in total) before the last battle is fought. Suikoden V contains a number of alternate endings that play depending on how well the player has done.
Suikoden V also contains a number of mini-games, coupled with the ability to engage in six character skirmishes, and the introduction of a new 'Home Base' system.
Suikoden V is set for release this Autumn; we'll have more news shortly...
