Capcom confirms a summer 2006 release of this compilation title for North America...
Capcom has today confirmed Street Fighter Alpha Anthology for PlayStation2; a compilation of Street Fighter Alpha, Street Fighter Alpha 2, Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold, Street Fighter Alpha 3, and Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix, the game is set for a Summer 2006 release in North America.
All games in the release will feature a range of gameplay options from Story and Survival modes, through to Versus and 2-on-1 Battle modes, and bring together some of the greatest names from the Street Fighter universe to date. Formally released as Pocket Fighter, Super Gem Fighter sees player battle it out by using gems to fire off a range of combos and special moves.
Details of a European release date are yet to be divulged, but we'll have more on Street Fighter Alpha Anthology shortly...
