LucasArts confirm the first next-gen Star wars title has been "force" pushed back into 2008...
It seems as though George Lucas fanatics looking for a next-generation Star Wars experience will have a little while longer to wait, with confirmation from a GameSpot interview that Star Wars: Force Unleashed has been pushed back into 2008.
Originally scheduled for release on next-generation platforms, PlayStation2, PSP and Nintendo DS in November 2007, confirmation comes from the official website now stating a firm 'TBD'.

Talk about dropping the ball for the Wii...I'm a HUGE SW fan, and have been for a long time now. Ever since SOE messed up Star Wars Galaxies, I've not played any of the games, save for the LEGO ones (which barely count). I was truely hoping for the Wii version to capture the Lightsaber movement, and I'm VERY suprised that they are planning on completely half-assing on this aspect. Boo. Enough said.
