LucasArts pinpoints an October 2010 release for Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2...
It's been all quiet on the Force Unleashed front since LucasArts announced the series sequel at the Spike VGA's last year, but any worries that this may signify a delay for the game have been quelled by a riddle of sorts on the official Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 Facebook page.
"May The Fourth be with you, since it will be Unleashed Oct 26th, 2010!" LucasArts' wall post reads, clearly making reference to yesterday's date as a clever pun on a classic Star Wars line while dropping an October 26th release date for the title (presumably October 29th in Europe).
Not much is known about the game so far, other than it will feature the return of Starkiller (a.k.a. Galen Marek), the antagonist from the original Force Unleashed title in 2008. If the initial teaser trailer is anything to go by, he seems pretty pissed off as well, like Darth Vader at the end of Revenge of the Sith (only less crippled and trite).
