Lucasarts today sent us a new trailer from the eagerly awaited Xbox/PC title, Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords…
The trailer comes hot after the release of the first details on Darth Scion were released, a Sith Lord held together only by sheer force of will. As you can see from the screens, heâ??s certainly looking past his â??sell-by-dateâ??, with every bone in his body shattered and rebuilt, turning his skeleton and his flesh into a patchwork mass of bruises and scraping bone. In constant pain, itâ??s only his hatred and the power of the Dark Side that keeps him alive.
Sion is exceedingly difficult to kill â?“ his mastery over his own body (as imperfect as it is), has given him tremendous vitality, and the near-constant agony he endures allows him to ignore attacks and wounds that would cripple or kill a normal human being... or even a Jedi.
Like most of the Sith Lords, Sion has few redeeming qualities. He is a cold, vicious killer driven only by the need to inflict pain and suffering on others â?“ as the leader of a sect of Sith assassins sent to wipe out the Jedi Order, Sion and the player are destined to cross paths.
Along with the trailer came a surprise, we can expect the game to arrive this winter at the end of the year in the US, whilst Europe will have to wait until the beginning of 2005. The original release was for February 2005, but shockingly the release has been pushed forward.
Weâ??ll have more information soon.

I'm sure the KOTOR fanatics on here will be able to help you - head over to The Old Republic board and ask JMD, he seems to know his stuff.
