First screens and details FROM the latest title in the Spyro series...

Vivendi Universal recently unveiled the latest Spyro the Dragon title. Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly is currently being developed by Check Six, and focuses on a very simple plot. A year after the dragon Festival all of the Dragonflies are stolen, being the source of all magical power Spyro sets out to rescue them. <br /> <br /> Whilst Spyro could only spit fire in previous versions, he’ll now have the ability to use elemental breaths such as ice, fire, electiricity and bubbly breath! <br /> <br /> A new engine has been developed for the game that allows for much larger and more detailed levels. <br /> <br /> Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly is set for release in Summer 2002, expect to see more and a possible Xbox confirmation soon. <br />
