Spore To Sprout In Second Half Of 2007 News

Will Wright makes an appearance on Comedy Central's The Colbert Report to announce a second half launch for Spore...

Having garnered a lot of attention at E3 2006, Will Wright has clarified on Comedy Central's The Colbert Report that Spore will be released on PC during the second half of 2007.

Whilst a somewhat broad release period of six months, Wright's confirmation at least offer more of an insight than Electronic Arts has officially let on - the game remains under the "To Be Announced" banner on the publisher's press sites.

We'll have more on Spore in 2007 - in the meantime you can check out our first look at the game from E3 2006.

And if by "immense," you mean "insanely repetitive and mind-numbing," then I agree with this review. The aspects that make it interesting (terraforming, colonizing, etc) get old VERY fast, and the combat mechanics are idiotic (especially because of the camera angles). Do NOT recommend.

I got window saying "Please enter the entire Registration Code found either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card". Thre was no email asking or game card. a white box was there to enter the code.i entered the cod but 5 seconds later I got the same thing.I enterdthe code again but the same thing happens again and again!
