New logos and concept art emerge online supposedly from the next instalments of two key Ubi franchises...
We're just weeks away from the delayed release of Sam Fisher's fourth adventure in Splinter Cell: Double Agent, but it seems like the first concept art for a fifth instalment in the series has already been leaked online - along with its title.
According to the images, the fifth Splinter Cell will be entitled 'Conviction', with the accompanying artwork depicting rainy streets, an urban marina, and military vehicles parked with the Washington Monument in the background.
It also seems that Mr Fisher will be joined by a fourth outing for the Prince of Persia, which has also suffered from supposed concept art leaking onto the net. A number of character sketches have been released online, along with a stylised logo for the new game.
So far Ubisoft has refrained from comment on the 'leaked' images; we'll have more news shortly...
[Update] Ubisoft has since made the following comment about the leak:
"We are clearly displeased that confidential information from Ubisoft has been distributed on the internet. The publication of this type of information can only be harmful to the game development process and we will take all steps necessary to prevent this from happening in the future. We are still investigating the events that lead to this information leak and at this time have no further comment."
[Update 2] It also appears that several other titles were unofficially announced thanks to the leak, including FarCry 2 and FarCry PSP, Rocky PSP, and surfboarding title Surf's Up.

Pu Sam back in the dark, that was the niche of the game. Now they want Sam to b everything and anything. What next are you going to add dragons and monsters into the game. There is no need to make sam like Bourne or else his unique character is finished.
