Having been burnt by some slightly dubious ‘Sonic Adventure’ titles, it’s good to see the spikey blue one back in a traditional Sonic title that places the emphasis back on speed.<br><br>Sonic Heroes marks the first appearance of Sega’s mascot on the Xbox and Playstation2, alongside the GameCube version that is currently leading development.<br><br>Whist there was still a lot of work to be done from the E3 build, we certainly liked the concept and enjoyed the time we had with the title. As you can see from the new selection of screens, Sonic Team have certainly upped the visual quality as the benefits of using RenderWare technology become more apparent.<br><br>We’re looking forward to checking out this title in more depth at the forthcoming ECTS event, we’re expecting the build to have evolved considerably since we last saw it and will bring you impressions soon.<br>
