It seems Shenmue's Ryo Hazuki won't be the only cameo appearance in Sonic & SEGA All Stars Racing...
Sonic Stadium brings word of a work-in-progress boxart, which quite clearly reveals Rare's Banjo and Kazooie will be making an appearance in the SEGA IP compilation.
Of course there's a chance this is a mocked-up hoax, but considering the indomitable duo's last attempt at racing action in Nuts & Bolts didn't go down too well we're sure the former Nintendo mascots will be gunning to run rings around Sonic on the track.

What a load of shat! C'mon SEGA pull your socks up! We want a conclusion to the Shenmue series, SHENMUE 3!!!, we don't want half-assed products with a silly mixuture of game mascots, it just doesn't work - case in point!....
