Konami are happy, Silent Hill 2 shifts a big million copies in its first month.

Konami today announced that Silent Hill 2 has sold over 1 million copies world-wide. <br /> <br /> 650,000 Units were sold between the US and Japan and a further 350,000 has already been pre-ordered for European territories when it is released next month. <br /> <br /> Thankfully this can only be good news, as Konami stated that depending on the success of this one would determine if there would be another game in the series, lets hope so.
