Sony has today announced that its has removed all mention of Bangladesh from its forthcoming game SOCOM III: US Navy Seals after receiving the threat of legal action from the nationâs government after SCEA set some of the game in the South Asian country.
The news of the Bangladeshi governmentâs anger was first reported on Chinese news outlet Xinhua last week after the way the country is portrayed in the upcoming release, and it hasnât taken Sony long to come to this decision.
SOCOM III: US Navy Seals is set for release this Autumn (without mentioning Bangladesh in any fashion), weâll have more shortly...
