Newly formed developer reveals that it'll be putting its head on the block in Autumn 2009 with 'torture porn' adaptation...

Brash Entertainment, founded in 2007 to produce a series of videogame adaptations of several movie licenses, has revealed that a game based on the SAW series of movies is in production.

Scheduled for launch in October 2009 on undisclosed platforms (coinciding with the next instalment of the movie franchise), the game is being built with Unreal Engine 3 and will feature several of the film series' plotlines.

News of the game was made at a US Press Conference held by Brash and on the franchise's official website. Considering the fuss made over the likes of Manhunt 2 expect a certain Mr Thompson, the BBFC, Western Governments, and various parental organisations to sharpen their knives in the coming months.
