Press Up, X, Left, Y, Right, A, Down, B when "Press Start Button" appears at the title screen.Alternate title screen
Complete the indicated task to have the corresponding star appear at the title screen.Blue Star: Complete all Program Advances.
Green Star: Defeat all the Net Navis, including the secret Navis.
Red Star: Collect all Battle Chips.
Yellow Star: Complete the game.

Successfully complete the ElecMan.EXE scenario.Play as Shooting Star Rockman
