Japanese reports reveal the first details on the Wii title, but there's not much to go on...
A Famitsu listing has revealed the title for Capcom's Resident Evil outing on the Nintendo Wii, suggesting that the game will be a spin-off of sorts from the main series.
Entitled Biohazard Umbrella Chronicles, unfortunately little else has been revealed at this stage beyond a 'TBA' release date and that Masachika Kawata (Resident Evil 4) will head development on the title.
It doesn't require too many assumptions to speculate that the game will focus on the shadowy organisation behind the Mansion incident and subsequent events, hopefully providing an insight that we've never seen before, answering a few unanswered questions and bringing back one or two characters that have been MIA for some time now.

Well they could certainly use the RE4 engine to do it - the Shiva AI may not be as good in that version, but I think it's probably technically feasible.

Rumors tell that RE5's Producer would like to make a new Resident Evil for Wii.
If capcom made a port of Dead Rising, they can do the same for RE5, Texture shrinkage and polygon reduction can do the job. The same was done at SNES/GENESIS era, it can be done again!

I'd like umbrella chronicles to have a face off at the end between all the survivors of previous resident evil games ,and all the enemys and the victims e.g richard aiken, enricho marini, kenneth hallway ,hunters, tyrants and maybe even Lord Saddler.
