Ilovebees alumnus confirms to one Resident Evil fan site that she will be voicing Jill in the forthcoming title...
Details of Resident Evil Wii so far are non-existent (beyond the fact that it is in development), but if a report on fansite Resident Evil Horror is accurate, the main protagonist in the game may be Nemesis heroine Jill Valentine.
Speaking to the site, actress Tara Platt (who has previously appeared in the Halo 2 ARG ilovebees and Dirge of Cerberus), confirmed that she will be voicing Valentine in the game.
Traditionally Capcom doesn't use high-profile actors for roles in the Resident Evil titles, so Platt's appointment wouldn't deviate from the policy - though the publisher has yet to confirm or deny the claims.

Well they could certainly use the RE4 engine to do it - the Shiva AI may not be as good in that version, but I think it's probably technically feasible.

Rumors tell that RE5's Producer would like to make a new Resident Evil for Wii.
If capcom made a port of Dead Rising, they can do the same for RE5, Texture shrinkage and polygon reduction can do the job. The same was done at SNES/GENESIS era, it can be done again!

I'd like umbrella chronicles to have a face off at the end between all the survivors of previous resident evil games ,and all the enemys and the victims e.g richard aiken, enricho marini, kenneth hallway ,hunters, tyrants and maybe even Lord Saddler.
