Japanese reports suggest RE4 will be the last GameCube exclusive...
It’s reported that Capcom will readdress their commitment to the GameCube; claiming that future Resident Evil titles may be released on other formats.<br><br>The Nikkei Business Journal claims that the next title in the franchise will be released exclusively on the GameCube, but further titles will be released on other formats as Capcom are less then happy with the total sales of Resident Evil and Resident Evil 0 on the GameCube.<br><br>Whilst Capcom have yet to make an official announcement, it’s known that the other titles which made up the GameCube announcement are not exclusives; so we could see the likes of Viewtiful Joe, P.N.03, Dead Phoenix and Killer 7 on the Xbox and Playstation2.<br><br>We’ll have more news and hopefully clarification on the subject soon…<br>
