Renegade Ops has players fighting “a madman intent on global domination” as part of a mobile commando unit...
Just Cause 2 developer Avalanche Studios is making a new downloadable title in collaboration with SEGA. The action game has players defeating enemies using a wide range of vehicles and weaponry across single player, two-player split-screen, and four-player online co-op modes.
It features a huge Gatling gun.
“A number of developers in the studio wanted to try developing a smaller digital project, so we gathered a team, built a new IP and SEGA gave us the opportunity to carry this out. The IP is all about driving or flying around blowing stuff up while playing with your friends and that to us, is a dream-project,” explained Senior Producer Andreas Thorsén.
Renegade Ops is due out for XBLA, PSN and PC sometime this year.
