Atari confirms a delay for SimBin's Xbox 360 racer in order to ensure a 'standard of excellence'...
Atari has today announced that the Xbox 360 exclusive SimBin racer, RACE Pro, has been delayed until January 2009.
Originally scheduled to arrive this autumn, RACE Pro features a number of licensed racing tournaments, including the World Touring Car Championship, Formula 3000, and Formula BMW. Cars from marques like Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo, and BMW all feature.
Multiplayer gaming for up to 12 players over Xbox Live will also make the starting grid.
Despite the delay, the publisher has confirmed that a demo will be in place before Christmas, giving racing fans a sample of things to come in the New Year.

OMG Cant wait! GRID was absolute CRAP for racing only redeemed by its drift component. Finally a Rfactor style game coming to Consoles! To suceed the game will have to have regular cars and track updates. If nots its just going to be another 2 year old game port thats going to gather dust.
