The GTR producer's upcoming WTCC title is secured by Eidos...
Eidos has today announced that they've secured SimBin Development Team's RACE, the official videogame of the World Touring Car Championship, for release on PC during November 24th.
In line with Simbin's pedigree for developing highly detailed racing sims, RACE will feature over sixty different cars across ten different circuits from around the world. Dynamic weather conditions and up to 26-player online functionality will also be a feature of the game.
Jacques Behar, President of KSO and Managing Director of Eurosport: "As promoter and host broadcaster of the FIA WTCC, we will be delighted to use all our resources to promote RACE as a new marketing tool, in close collaboration with SimBin and Eidos".
Henrik Roos, CEO of SimBin: "I'm very excited about this cooperation and I am really proud to be able to work with Eidos, one of the leading videogame publishers in the World."
No mention of the next-generation versions of RACE, which had previously been confirmed by SimBin, has been made by Eidos at this time.

OMG Cant wait! GRID was absolute CRAP for racing only redeemed by its drift component. Finally a Rfactor style game coming to Consoles! To suceed the game will have to have regular cars and track updates. If nots its just going to be another 2 year old game port thats going to gather dust.
