Obligatory 3DS release for venerable puzzling staple will see "Gimmick Bubbles" popping in 3D...
Square-Enix has announced Puzzle Bobble Universe for the 3DS, due for release from 22nd April. The title will include 88 stages in the main Puzzle Mode, in addition to a Challenge Mode which features variations on basic play, such as timed games.
The puzzler will have “dramatic” 3D depth effects applied to the traditional puzzling action, thanks to its new “Gimmick Bubbles”, a press release reveals today.
A trophy system is also planned for the game.
