Shipments of the beta dev kits begin, or they have done for the last few weeks, as TVG understands...
Reports from IGN have today suggested that beta Xbox 360 dev-kits are currently in the hands of leading to developers, while TVG has heard suggestions that shipments actually began a number of weeks ago.
Demonstrations taking place at E3â??05 were being staged on alpha kits powered by G5 Macs or PCâ??s with similar specs, which developers were only too keen to stress represented approximately 33% of the Xbox 360 total power.
