Konami confirms a partnership with sportswear company; Reebok branding to be seen in Pro Evo 6...
Konami has today confirmed a partnership with sportswear company Reebok for the upcoming Pro Evolution Soccer 6, which will be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation2, and PC on October 27th, with DS and PSP versions following on at a later date.
Reebok branding will be featured in the game, with branded footballs and billboards forming part of the company's new marketing campaign in Europe.
"Pro Evolution Soccer 6 is an outstanding football simulation and Reebok is delighted to be involved with a game that is so highly regarded in both the gaming community and the youth marketplace as a whole," commented Roy Gardner, Reebok European Marketing Director - Lifestyle. "We are looking forward to working with Konami and being involved with the launch of the game."
"Reebok's efforts at working closely with target age groups akin to those Pro Evolution Soccer 6 appeals to makes them a perfect partner for Konami," commented Martin Schneider, European Marketing and PR Director for Konami Digital Entertainment GmbH.
