Whiptail Interactive today announced plans to re-release the PC strategy title ‘Postal’ after the recent success of Postal 2.<br><br>Released amidst a myriad of controversy in 1996, the game was banned in 10 different countries and blacklisted in America after Joe Leiberman, U.S. Senator and Presidential candidate, took it upon himself to go on a one-man crusade against POSTAL and all that it stood for. Running With Scissors have recently successfully avoided a six-year long lawsuit against the United States Postal Service (USPS), over copyright use of the Postal name. <br><br>‘Postal – Classic and Uncut’ will be released in America and Europe on August 11th, and will include the original PC title along with the ‘Special Delivery’ expansion pack that adds multiplayer features and extra levels. The re-release will also contain a demo of Postal 2 and a bumper sticker.
