Valve confirms a mid-September launch for Portal 2's first major instalment of DLC...
It was announced in April for a summer launch, but Valve has been typically quiet on Portal 2's first major instalment of DLC ever since. Now the developer's Director of Marketing, Doug Lombardi has nailed down a mid-September launch for the content.
Speaking to Kotaku, Lombardi professed that this is “still technically summer” and, seeing as the DLC is free, we'll give him the benefit of the doubt there. It's set to include new test chambers, a Challenge Mode for single-player and co-op, leaderboards, and hopefully more GLaDOS.
Valve will be releasing the DLC simultaneously across Xbox 360, PS3, and PC platforms.
