Confirmation given that Hef’s Life Simulator has reached beta status (and an ‘M for Mature’ rating)…

After we were lucky enough to have a Q&A session with Brenda Brathwaite, Lead Designer at Cyberlore Studios, developers of the game, more news has been released about Playboy: The Mansion; it was with great pleasure that ARUSH Publishing’s President, Jim Perkins, confirmed that the titles had reached the Beta stage in its development.

At the announcement Mr Perkins said, "We are thrilled with the progress of the game as we reach beta and look forward to giving gamers the perfect cure for the post-holiday blues with a launch in early 2005…Playboy: The Mansion' is a glamorous, fun take on the simulation genre and will capture the imagination of those who have dreamed of stepping into Hef's shoes."

The game, which will simulate running the Playboy business, will give players the ability to throw the famous Playboy parties, set up photo-shoots, and also unlock past Playboy covers.
