Classic Sega titles are coming to the PS2 as we reveal the first information on the Sega Ages range from 3D Ages.
Sega fans will soon be beside themselves as the company announced the first specific details of the Sega Ages titles. Keen fans will remember that the Japanese publisher partnered with D3Publishing to form a new company 3D Ages, geared towards converting and developing new games based on existing Sega franchises.<br><br>Announced for budget releases on the Playstation2, Sega confirmed that conversions or games based on the following franchises are on the cards:<ul><br><li>Golden Axe<br><li>Planet Harrier<br><li>Fantasy Zone<br><li>Alex Kidd<br><li>Phantasy Star<br><li>Gain Ground<br><li>Monaco GP<br><li>Bonanza Bros<br><li>Tant-R<br><li>Phantasy Star II<br><li>Phantasy Star IV<br><li>Streets of Rage<br><li>Virtua Racing<br><li>Last Bronx<br></ul><br>Whilst most of these will be basic conversions of the original titles, it’s claimed that Golden Axe, Fantasy Zone, Phantasy Star and Space Harrier will all receive enhancements in the conversion, as can be seen in the screens taken from the conversion of Phantasy Star.<br><br>The games are expected to arrive in Summer 2003 and will retail for 2,500 yen (~£12/$20), we’ll have more information as this develops. <br>

This is their peak because of MGS4, Halo 3 did the same thing but in much larger numbers. 360 has a sick holiday lineup and they will cut the price by a hundred bucks. Then theres the new Xbox Live with Netflix and possibly a FREE Xbox Live by then. Resistance isn't enough to stop it.
