Snakish Sword

In the tutorial called "Lifting and Throwing," the game will demonstrate how to lift and throw using a powerful Snakish sword. This sword never appears elsewhere in the game, and has techniques you can only learn from that sword. You also only have this one chance to grab it. To get the sword for your own, confine the Bottle Mail character to the sword instead of lifting it like the demo told you to. Let his three Remove turns run out and the sword is yours.

Bottle Mail Character

On Marona's island there's a large tree next to her house. You must toss four people onto the tree and have them stacked on top of each other (You can get on the roof of the house by jumping on the back deck and from their jump on the roof). From there, jump up the stack of characters and once you reach the top character, jump one more time and you'll receive a message saying you got the Bottle Mail character. You'll also receive some cash and a Change Book for jumping that high.

To unlock Bottlemail, when you have enough items including trees, plants, skulls, weapons, and mushrooms, go to the large tree located by the roof of Marona's house. Put a stone on the middle of the house to make it easier to jump back and forth from the roof to the tree. Carry an item and throw it on the tree. Keep piling up items to make a large tower-like object. Once you have a very large pile, climb to the top. If you cannot reach the top, go to a larger tree that is too large to jump on to and make a smaller tower that will allow you to jump onto the place where you cannot make it. When you are back on the big pile, jump to the very top and jump a few times. If nothing happens, you must make it bigger. To know if something happened, a small screen will appear stating that you unlocked the character [random name]. When you go to its status, you will see that it is Bottlemail. If you add on to the tower and jump to the top, you can get 300 gold.

Phantom Island: Kill Your Own Teammates

Walk up to your teammate and press R2 to attack them. Press Toward + R2 to grab and throw them. This is useful for easy experience.

Phantom Island: Extra Money

You can find money around Phantom Island by jumping on certain places. You can find 100 Bordeaux by jumping in the stone circle in front of the house. There is also some behind the house at the bottom of the cliff in the water. There is also some on the roof of your house. Also, on the big tree next to the house you can find a book called the 'Changebook'. It is a very strong book for magic users. It is located on the edge where you can jump on to from your house'

Unknown Phantom tricks on Phantom Island

Go to the Unknown Phantom at your home (Phantom Island) and attack him using R2 as stated in another hint. When you kill him, you obtain experience points and mana. To resurrect him, talk to Marona, go into create a character, then exit back out. The Unknown Phantom should be back at his original location, fully healed. Repeat this as desired. Note: If you pick up an object (an item or weapon) and hit him with it (for example, killing him and destroying his body afterwards), the item or weapon will gain mana. It also might gain experience. Change person you control on Phantom Island

To change which person you control on Phantom Island, pick up a Changebook. You can get one by jumping on top of the really big tree from Marona's house. Go to whomever you want to control and press R2 as if you were attacking them. You can use this with the "Unknown Phantom tricks" for getting experience or mana. This allows you to level up your Dungeon Monk, Merchant, Old Man, Old Granny, Healer, etc. without having to risk them in a battle. You can even control the Unknown Phantom itself, which means tha

Better status

Get a good title and put it on a weak dungeon. When you finish the dungeon, you will get the title back and it will give better status.

Easy mana

To get easy mana for any weapon at high levels with Ash, lift the weapon and kill everyone on the island except a healer or Owl Mage. Revive everyone on the island and check your status. You should have gained thousands of mana. Repeat this process as much as desired.

Easy experience

Go to Phantom Isle, then talk to Marona and select "Create Character". Cycle through them all. If you see the title "Failure" or "Ruined", make that character. It does not matter what level it is. Note: If you do not see any of those titles, exit out of that menu and try again. It may take a few minutes to find one. After creating a character with the "Failure" or "Ruined" title, pick him up and talk to Marona. She will ask if you want to banish him from the isle. Answer "Yes". The message "You have acquire

100 Dark

To get 100 Dark and Dark Ebouris, use a person and kill every person on the island. When you get 100 Dark, get in a battle and do not confine that person.
