Sega announced last week that Panzer Dragoon Orta has been delayed from its original November release to January 2003. The delay has been attributed to extra time in order to polish and finalise testing on the next chapter in the highly acclaimed Sega series. <br /> <br /> Unfortunately for Xbox owners it’s another key title that is going to miss the crucial Christmas period, hopefully we won’t see any more… <br />
