Konami confirms an Autumn release for PES 2010 on Wii and details some of the gameplay improvements...

PES fans with a Wii won't have the traditional months to wait after PES 2010 turns up on the other consoles, with confirmation that the Wii version will follow shortly after during the Autumn.

Boasting the same improvements to the Master League mode as the Xbox 360 and PlayStation3 versions with closer integration of the UEFA Champions League, PES 2010 also boasts a number of notable gameplay improvements currently being implemented by Akiyoshi 'Greyhound' Chosogabe and his dedicated Wii PES team.

An all-new game balance system affects both attacking and defensive play.  The player in possession of the ball now has 'instantaneous stamina' alongside the overall stamina gauge, which is designed to prevent players from making unbeatable runs.  Overusing the sprint will adversely affect the player's body balance and control of the ball, while excessive attempts to gain possession will drain a player's stamina.  In addition, an attacking player benefits from all-new 'AI Feints' to skip over and away from challenges, providing the player has the correct attributes.

PES 2010 also boats a new freekick system, where set-pieces are viewed from the kicker's viewpoint and targeted with a pointer system, which allows a greater control over the swerve and pace of the ball.

Finally Konami claims that PES 2010 will feature the slickest animation in a PES title on Wii to-date, with new animations such as players signalling for a pass.

It doesn't matter what you achieved in the game. You can be 5 times World player of the year and win all club trophies from both doemstic and European and the game's idea of making it challenging is to reduce you and your team into a bunch of bumbling pantsy a$$ed mofos with skills that can only be rivalled by toddlers and football intelligence can can easily be matched by infants.

The game is so unreasonable, the opposing team is just too strong to be beat. I can see no virtue in this game. Producers focus on graphic, which is a miss when it comes to playing a game like football.

The most stupid game ever played.
I wonder if the producers are all moronic.

They produced a game with no fun but all anger. Computer controlled teams always win and they are the MOST PROFESSIONAL players ever seen when controlled by computer. This game is a total loss.
