One of four new costumes is unlocked after getting 10 quests, getting 20 quests, getting 30 quests, and completing Story mode under all difficulties. A fifth costume is accessed by choosing Aya by pressing Z at the character selection screen.

Misery

One of three new costumes is unlocked after getting 10 quests, getting 20 quests, and getting 30 quests.

Reiko

One of three new costumes is unlocked after getting 10 quests, getting 20 quests, and getting 30 quests.

Saki

One of four new costumes is unlocked after getting 10 quests, getting 20 quests, getting 30 quests, and completing Story mode under all difficulties. A fifth costume is accessed by choosing Saki by pressing Z at the character selection screen.

Play as Misery

Successfully complete Story mode as Saki.

Play as Reiko

Successfully complete Story mode as Aya.

Wallpaper

Successfully complete 40 quests.

Rampage Ring

Successfully complete all Survival mode quests.

Double Rampage Ring 2

Successfully complete 160 Story mode quests.

Hard difficulty

Successfully complete the game under the Normal difficulty setting.

Violent difficulty

Successfully complete the game under the Hard difficulty setting.

Berserk difficulty

Successfully complete the game under the Violent difficulty setting.

Select locked Young Aya or Young Saki

Have either Young Aya or Young Saki unlocked. Press Z on the "Young" version of the girl you have unlocked. Before she loads, quickly switch to the other girl (that you do not have the "Young" version unlocked). The "Young" version of the character that was supposed to be locked will instead load.

View mode

Successfully complete Chapter 8 in Story mode.
