Zoë Mod's Chime will be released for PC via Steam on September 6th when it will carry an exclusive Portal track...

Zoë Mode has announced that it will be releasing its music puzzle game Chime for PC on September 6th. The game will be delivered exclusively via Steam where it will carry a new level featuring Portal's 'Still Alive' track (which plays out during the game's end credits and is truly awesome).

"OMG CHIME IS STILL ALIVE: Chime, the XBLA music game, is coming to PC on September 6th and features an all new Portal-inspired sixth level!" Tweeted Ste Curran, the Creative Director at Zoë Mode.

Chime first launched on XBLA earlier this year when it was part of Martin de Ronde's OneBigGame project. For more info on the OneBigGame charity initiative, click through here to read our interview feature with Martin de Ronde.

Under the agreements of the OneBigGame project, Zoë Mode isn't contracted to donate any of the proceeds from this Steam release to OneBigGame's charity partners. Nonetheless, the developer has announced that 5% of the proceeds will be going to the Starlight Children's Foundation and Save The Children, while Valve's 'Still Alive' has been donated to the game free of charge.
