Shigeru Miyamoto will take the stage to outline his singular creative vision...
As the final line-up for the annual "Game Developers Conference" taking place on March 5-9th begins to emerge, Nintendo today confirmed that Shigeru Miyamoto will make a rare appearance and provide his first keynote speech at the event since 1999.
Under the title, "A Creative Vision", Miyamoto will share an insight into how a singular creative vision drives his work, which not only includes the likes of Super Mario Bros and The Legend of Zelda, but also hardware innovations such as the Nintendo DS and Wii.
"The Game Developers Conference is a place for developers to learn from one another, and I think it is safe to say that every member of the community has at one time or another fantasized about having Shigeru Miyamoto as a mentor and teacher," said Jamil Moledina, Executive Director of the GDC. "By guiding us through his creative vision with a keynote at this year's GDC, Miyamoto is allowing all attendees this incomparable privilege."

Yeah, apparently Ninty are working on a new console with graphics to match PS3/60, and motion controllers/games are being created by PS3/60, so its all gonna be good in the end eh! :)

Just outputting to HD won't be enough - there will have to be increases to the Wii's GPU and memory to make the visuals look sufficiently better. the Wii HD is just a pipedream invented by an anlyst that doesn't actually get that many things right...
