A host of DS titles including the 2D return of Mario are set to grace the shelves by the end of June...

Nintendo has today announced an updated release schedule for the second quarter of 2006, which ends on June 30th 2006. A raft of titles for the Nintendo DS heads the line up, starting with next week's release of Megaman Battle Network 5 Double Team through to Metroid Prime Hunters on May 5th, and New Super Mario Bros. on June 30th.

In total, eight first/second party titles will be arriving on Nintendo DS, with Chibi-Robo! the sole GameCube title to be released by Nintendo during the whole quarter on May 26th. GameBoy Advance gamers will be able to get their hands on Polarium Advance and Final Fantasy IV Advance on April 14th and June 2nd respectively.

  • Tetris DS (Nintendo) - 21 April
  • Trauma Centre: Under the Knife (Atlus/Nintendo) - 28 April
  • Pokémon Link! (Nintendo) - 5 May
  • Metroid Prime Hunters (Nintendo) - 5 May
  • Super Princess Peach (Nintendo) - 26 May
  • Dr Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain? (Nintendo) - 9 June
  • New SUPER MARIO BROS. (Nintendo) - 30 June
  • Nintendo GameCube
  • Chibi-Robo! (Nintendo) - 26 May
  • Game Boy Advance
  • Polarium Advance (Nintendo) - 14 April
  • Final Fantasy IV (Nintendo) - 2 June
