Nintendo communicates manufacturing problems with two models...
Nintendo today reported a slight hitch in bringing the sleek and sexy Nintendo DS to the market, claiming that both the "Ice Blue" and "Enamel Navy" models will arrive later then expected. Thus the "Crystal White" version will be the only model arriving on the Japanese market on March 2nd 2006, followed on March 11th by the other two models.
Currently Nintendo has still yet to announce a Western timeline for the DS Lite, though Nintendo has once again got us lapping up the same old technology in a new box, similar to the Micro and SP GameBoy Advance variations. Certain US reports are suggesting a May launch across North America to tie in with the release of NEW Super Mario Bros, whilst UK retailers hint at a European release before August.
